By playing Combilings you accept these terms. They are deliberately short and written in plain language.

Using the game

Combilings is free to play. You may play it as much as you like, on as many devices as you like, and share the link with anyone. No account is needed.

Coins

Coins are a virtual item that exists only inside the game. They have no monetary value, cannot be exchanged for money or goods, cannot be transferred between players or devices, and cannot be refunded.

Coins are stored only in your browser. If you clear your browser data, change device or use a private window, your coins are gone and we cannot restore them. There is no backup.

Fair play

Please do not use bots, scripts or modified clients to accumulate coins or scores. It spoils nothing for other players, since there is no shared leaderboard, but it does distort our understanding of how the game is played.

Availability

The game is provided as it is, and we may change, suspend or discontinue it at any time without notice. We do not promise it will always be available or free of errors.

Intellectual property

The name Combilings, the characters, the artwork and the code belong to us. You may share the link freely, but you may not copy, redistribute or sell the game or its assets.

No warranty

Combilings is provided without warranty of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from using it, including lost coins, lost scores or missed notifications.

Changes to these terms

These terms may change. The date at the top of this page shows the current version. Continuing to play after a change means you accept it.

Applicable law

These terms are governed by Portuguese law.
